Yes we provide warranty to all our repairs followed by original spares (excluding liquid/physical damage) The warranty relates to the work we performed and not to any other unrelated fault that may develop within the 7 days period following the original repair..

WHAT QUALITY OF PARTS DO YOU USE FOR REPAIRS ?

We only use 100% genuine parts where possible. If original parts are not available we will source the next best thing OEM parts from the same factories that produce the parts.

We have a standard cost of Rs 100/ handset that we call as service charge and applicable only if u are agreed to our quotes /terms & conditions. We don’t charge a single rupee to our Customers to diagnose /test /quote for their faulty handset . NOTE: post and packaging not included.
